Back River Rods is a small, custom fishing rod builder specializing in light tackle rods.  We've only been around for a few years now, but our employees are highly knowledgeable in all types of fishing and rod making. We have built 4ft rods for kids and a 12'6" heaver for the surf, and alot of rods in between. Like our slogan says Offshore, Inshore, or from the Shore, we have the rod for you!
Our main builder has been fishing since he could walk and has been building rods for several years.  He applies his fishing experience to every rod that is made.  The customer is guaranteed to have a quality rod that is made to their  exact specifications.
Back River Rods uses high quality components, and each rod comes with a manufacturers warranty for the blank.  If for any reason a rod built by Back River Rods breaks during normal fishing use, we will replace it free of charge.
